FOSS Win32 Port

We would like to talk about 2 differents things: 

- A common place where Open Source developer share their patches and informations to ease the port of Open Source application on Windows.
- Specifications about a Windows Package Manager that WinLibre want to implement.

The more we are to speak about all these issues the more ideas we will have to make all these services suits your needs.
