Participating: 12 in total (10 admins, 1 back-up admin, 1 mentor)

Should mentor give status reports?
Issue of mentors who are also teachers for their students
Vetoing mentors, e.g., based on past performance
Issue of conflicts of interest
Voting for projects
- how much should admins take part in the voting
- should mentors vote on other projects, or 1st round voting only among students of their own project
What to do when there is no continuity in org admin
Quality plays no role in slot allocation process, instead it is first and foremost quantity
- But spam applications are to be deleted
- Issue of possible gaming the system
- role of good or bad relationship with Google
