Using chocolate as a motivational tool

Chocolate is a general motivation tool and not limited by social and cultural boundaries.

Some other motivational tools used in other projects include:

  • Holding a project summit, so people see each other
  • CDs / music
  • Lending a laptop for project use
  • Pair programming (when the people can meet in person)
  • Spending a beer
